This policy applies to eligible digital marketing services, consultations, subscriptions, and project work purchased through PC Protect View Digital or pcprotectview.info.
If you are not satisfied with an eligible paid marketing service, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the scope, completed work, approvals, communication history, and deliverables before deciding whether a correction, credit, partial refund, or refund is appropriate.
Strategy documents, audits, reports, ad account setup, landing page copy, creative direction, and other digital deliverables are usually not returnable once delivered, reviewed, approved, downloaded, or used in a campaign.
Completed strategy work, research, consultation time, reporting, setup fees, third-party ad spend, software fees, platform charges, domain or hosting fees, and custom campaign assets may not be eligible for refund.
Before requesting a refund, contact support@pcprotectview.info with your project details, invoice or service reference, and the reason for the request. We will review and respond with available options.
Ad spend, platform fees, subscriptions, stock assets, plugins, domains, hosting, and other third-party costs are controlled by external providers and are generally not refundable by PC Protect View Digital.
Approved refunds are usually processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Bank, card provider, or payment gateway timing may vary.
A project or consultation may be cancelled before work begins. Once strategy, setup, creative, reporting, campaign management, or other work has started, cancellation eligibility depends on the approved scope and work already completed.
